Hi Hey, I agree I think lately I’ve been trying to get out of some issues that I’ve been needing to clarify with people that don’t know what the heck is going on in my life that should know the truth about things that happen in my life and then once I can get past those hurdles, they might be able to start focusing on music again, but as far as establishing a rhythm is concerned, I have to first survive the day environmental stressors with like freezing cold conditions in freezing -6 degree Siberia, like weather in Maine without a car I have to walk to the store and make it home safely without being thrown in the trunk of a dude’s car so I’m trying the best that I can not to be grabbed on the street when I have to go places and when I get home, I have to sometimes find time to rest and I find myself on the weekends wanting to do music,

So like this Saturdays, I end up finding that anymore. I was just like referring to my Holy Bible and looking at different verses and realizing how messed up the world is today like I just saw a video of an Asian girl dressed like a dominatrix pointing a gun on an AI music video while people were trying that you have noodles that a noodle shop so she’s basically telling people don’t mess with me. I have a gun and I’ll shoot you if you try to rape me and one of her music videos, but in real life if I were walking around dressed like a dominatrix with a gun in my hand, they would put me in jail, right or the nearest mental hospital.. omg … not advising anyone to dress that way

I think they call that being a violent psychotic person, but it’s being glamorized and artificial intelligence online videos. Do you have a song but what about your video you know and so the motivation for writing songs usually doesn’t come from wanting to dress like a dominatrix and pull a gun out on someone and then show a video of it. The director producer of the Princess Bride ( just so you know he has enough money to have a new separate identity and at least four or five or more houses in the United States and could live internationally so when you see Hollywood news, it says that some guy his son threw slit his throat and the news coverage of that then they hire let’s see prosthetics people to make it look like people were murdered then have the witness that says that they were and then pay those people generously your own news reporting team, and then have a court case for the kid pay the judge to find him guilty and then once the kid is in jail, let him out the back door because he was pretending OK possibly that his dad murdered him so he could go incognito, which would be the dumbest thing he could do but then maybe he didn’t want to pay his son a life insurance policy or pay him anything that would’ve been given to him if his dad did die so he made it look like he died so that he could take all of his assets not having to give them to his son that they would’ve been given to you if he did die so he really just framed his son possibly or maybe if it’s fake news then the guy put his own son in jail but then maybe we’ll release them later and make everyone think he’s still in there, but people will never know because nobody’s gonna go visit him in jail every day and when people are paid money, they are dishonest sometimes to make it look like you know it when when you consider how much money people have from making Hollywood production such as for example, one of the most creepiest movies ever made. The silence of the lands had a $19 million budget that made $272 million from one horrible production and then if you can consider what you can do with just $1 million you could pay 10 police officers and a $50,000 salary for 10 police officers in a small town you could pay their salaries perpetually for one year. It’s kind of a complicated thing though because you wouldn’t get that money back but the investment is that you can get away with whatever crime you go to commit then you hire the medic to make it look like there is a medical emergency and then you can hire someone who is a coroner or someone to write an obituary or a death certificate and then a judge and a jury and then voilà Scott • free , the man rob his son of freedom living incognito the rest of your life if you were him with (20 million in your bank account ) and then get to go

So the man who pretended to die that lives next door to me is my enemy , he harmed me as a child his wife lied he has her under his control and one day I will prove it.

How would you feel to come back home an apartment from a hospital apartment next-door to a neighbor that pretended to die. A man who’s been hiding out behind the drywall for the past 24 months using his wife & wife’s pals to make himself look like he’s not dead the dude had a pocket knife and snuck up on a school playground and tried to murder me when I was five years old he tried to rape me when I was 12 in a trucking mechanic repair shed building , was stalking me three years before he became my neighbor, and then I almost got evicted for protesting him smoking weed illegally in our community near our woods, cause I didn’t want him sneaking up on school children with a pocket knife in his hand like he did to me as a child . I called the police from a mental hospital after I had a nervous breakdown to let them know that I saw the car that his wife drives come to the Come to the mental hospital that I was in when I looked out the window when I was just trying to look at the beautiful blue sky and some fluffy white clouds and I looked down at the grass below, and I thought it would be nice if the adults were allowed to go out and play where the volleyball grass area it is because they only gave the adults there though I hadn’t gone outside at that point to know that yet a small little courtyard area where people are given the chance to go outside near four poisonous taxes, poco trees that the landscapers put outside for the adult mental patient that is a tree that is a cardiotoxic and one of the most toxic in the woodland kingdom. They planted four of them on a small little space. It has concrete where adults get to go outside with sidewalk, chalk and draw pictures of happy little things on the sidewalk while listening to rock ‘n’ roll music where there is a fence surrounding them it’s 12 foot tall that someone could still shoot them with a gun if there was a gun man I was worried in the parking lot who maybe disappeared in the woods that wanted to shoot a girl ( me ) at a mental hospital for telling folks that the guy was and is a child predator then I gotta worry about being shot when I go ( went ) outside there oin a mental hospital because a man showed up there getting a freaking metal Dolly he used to carry a wooden crate that looks like it could’ve had 12 rifles in it off of a freaking metal crate  2.6 ft tall and 2 ft wide That’s a man put on the back of his landscape truck parked on the parking lot at the hospital. so the landscaper at the mental hospital did thdyg. There is these shipping containers like this one so basically, I looked out the window at the hospital after a nervous breakdown and I had seen there were two of the crates :

on the land and I saw the man riding in oblivious assigned four-door Nissan versa that told everyone that he died he couldn’t tell everyone and he died because he was freaking pretending to be dead so he had his wife make it look like he died my neighbor he went That was at in Hosp And then he took a dolly, a metal one that had a wooden box and had about 2.7 feet tall And there is a man that had a truck parked and so this creepy dude got out of a car that his wife normally drives it’s parked at our village Mary for the China blue four-door Nissan versa told our Towne that he died and then he drives to the Spring Harbor Hospital and I look out the window to see this clouds in the sky and then I see a guy down on the ground shipping container on the land, and there was one of these at our village before that used to be filled with sand and dirt that way during the winter time the snow plow people would take the dirt out of it sit in this man that became my neighbor told everyone he died on January 30 or had his wife called an ambulance to make it look like he died then I saw him throwing a silver couch out the next day and then when he showed up at the hospital after I had a nervous breakdown because I told my family he was still alive and people didn’t believe me so I went to the hospital and I couldn’t take any photos out the window because we weren’t allowed to have a phone there and so I started to get a panic attack because a man that climbed over a fence on my school playground. When I was five years old, I put a knife up to my neck and became my Neighbor five years old. He pushed my head into a thorn tree and on the school playground at the elementary school and made my forehead bleed, and an ambulance came to the school and the same guy became my neighbor. It’s difficult to prove that because he’s a liar. So is his wife if they are con artist and they sold a house in January 2024 and they tried to evict me for protesting him smoking weed in our village illegally in the woods where one of these crates used to be sitting at the entrance to those woods and so what was this kind of a shipping crate even doing at the spring Harbor hospital that he went into and then took a wooden box out on a dolly and put in the back of a man’s Truck and so the landscaper that works at the hospital drove off in a pick up truck with some wooden box that he took and put on a dolly it must’ve been heavy cause he had to roll it with a dolly so they pre-meditated go in there and taking a box out of a crate what did it have in it probably guns I’m guessing? For a moment it looked like he was gonna come in the building cause he walked around the 12 foot tall fence and started to walk into the employee entrance, but then he turned around and then met this guy in the middle of the parking lot and put a shipping crate  went into the shipping crate that was this color on the landscape and now there’s a guy selling four of them or he has four or six of them in Portland for sale? So whatever the guy put inside of that shipping crate container he had somebody meet him there my next-door neighbor who pretended he died on January 30 of 2024 and then I went to a hospital on September 16 and then they transferred me from that one hospital to this place called Spring Harbor Hospital in Westbrook, Maine and I looked out the window and saw one of these things down on the land not on the parking lot, but on the grass near the parking lot and the guy parked his wife’s blue four-door Nissan versa and there was dead man walking through the parking lot a freaking 70-year-old disgusting creep that’s a child predator that looks like Gargamel aka Dennis M Grenier  Born in Stanton, Maine well that creepy used to be a mechanic I think in Virginia he tried to rape me when I was 12 he snuck up on me in my village was stalking me three years before he became my neighbor because his wife had bags of clothes that I threw away in the dumpster and he drove up and put them in a truck and drove off one night when I threw away nine bags of clothes at the subsidized housing village where I live in, and then he became my neighbor all of a sudden he was in a rush to move in in the middle of the coldest month of the year during a northeaster blizzard in January from his house that they lived in that they sold in January 2024 but then there’s an obituary for a lady named Stacy Grenier that they said die January 2022 so then he moves in with a lady not Stacy Grenier with a fake obituary, but then like people don’t believe like this crazy shit happening, cause they don’t see it for themselves. I only can speak about the things that I’ve witnessed. 

What the hell is this thing I saw it at the Spring Harbor Hospital and I saw Dennis near my neighbor that they said died on January 30 go into one of these things and there was a mustard yellow one he got a dolly and then he put a 2.5 foot long or a 2.7 foot long wooden box that he took out of it and he put it in the back of the truck of one of the landscapers when I was at a hospital in Westbrook, Maine called Spring Harbor Hospital. One of these was on the land not on the parking lot and then the guy drove his wife’s four-door blue Nissan versa in October but then he told our Towne that he passed away January 30 so I’m kind of busy trying to like avoid being kidnapped or raped by creepy dudes in the surrounding area to drive multiple of different vehicles and I have to be careful at all times when I’m not completely exhausted from doing research and wondering, why was there a shipping crate that looked like this on the Spring Harbor Hospital. That is now for sale on Facebook  marketplace! They used to have one of these filled with sand in our woods that they used to keep here on our landscape so that when there was snow and I guess they could put some sand on the pavement to keep people from falling, I guess, but then I don’t know exactly what the guy had in the wooden shipping crate the man that looks like Gargamel of Grenier Smurfin Pretend to be Dead Club he’s one of these guys that tried to pretend like he died at like 70 years old so that he could live incognito behind the scenes and try to live to be 100 years old like Nosferatu , He lives with his wife presently and what is scary about that is if something happens to her and he survives because he didn’t die, but told everybody in our town that he did and he can see the pictures of them throwing out his Dookie brown sofa cushions he ruined after a published a WordPress blog on January 30 of 2024 I was thinking so why did my neighbor‘s husband pretend to be dead because he was in the eyes wide shut film? I guess he didn’t win all the generation Z kids in town knowing that he used the worship of Satan and probably is related to that savage Indian Metacomet, who is responsible for the Indian swamp wars, and he doesn’t want to convert to Christianity so he’s using this lady as a decoy wife who is a Christian and God forbid something bad happened to her because he’s gonna have to disappear or go incognito when she passes away because I fear who the next neighbor is gonna be that moves in to apt 14 Because the lady has been letting her husband live there for 24 months and if you try to ask the police to go in and they send someone there, the guy might have a gun unless that beeping sound I heard on his chest was his pacemaker needing to be replaced. It’s not gonna be very easy for him to hide when his pacemaker is failing in his heart chest is beeping so I think that the guy is serious bad news and like when I was a child, he kind of offended in all seriousness at my elementary school playground and pushed my head into a thorn tree and made my forehead bleed, when I was 5 years old … he doesn’t like Christian’s I don’t think . so I was doing some research on Joan of the Ark bless her to learn a little bit more about. How is she died because I was kind of trying to find out information about what she went through because I live bordering Canada where France had some kind of there’s a lot of French Canadians speaking people that she helped France in the monarchy, but she was called like they made her like they murdered her and then they burned her in the Town Hall but then they beautified her and  then canonized  her to To make her some kind of a saint, though she did help I guess Charles I didn’t know how that was related to King Philip possibly like there is a king Philip in England, right? Or there was one that was ahead of the British monarchy so I don’t know what happened during the Boston tea party in the British redcoats but sometime in the 13th or 14th century like Joan of the ark was murdered, but then like there was the bloodlines of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene that were kept secret in old France that there is a cathedral called Saint DENIS well that’s the name of the man that’s throwing a stone at a cow out but it’s spelled Dennis assume that they cut the head off of Saint Denis because they decapitated him probably because he became the first bishop of Paris, which made him probably like the most wealthy and powerful individual in that part of the world during that time so they murdered him probably after they put all of the 60 kings and queens from the old French monarchy inside of Glenn cathedral and it made me wonder why the church is so secretive like the Vatican why they try to keep it as a secret that Jesus Christ was married to Mary Magdalen  and they had their own bloodlines that are now cathedral 60 kings and queens in reunion France , like why don’t they just tell people the truth ? And so like I was thinking as a Christian like how come there’s so much secrecy about Jesus being married, and he having a daughter that married to Frank King that then made the Royal family as a friends that enter married to other British families like even the British family today are supposed to be like a very long distant relatives of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene somehow like so King George is from like one of the bloodline of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene is what I’m saying or maybe Prince William and Harry . Don’t think I’m crazy either because if you go to their place and you see their crest is like a unicorn with a Fleur De Lis  symbol what is the symbolism of that it has to do with France.

It was the bloodiest battle that took place but like 2500 New England people died in 12 towns burned down because of one savage Indian named Metacomet But he called himself king Philip, so what happened was had to do with the land settlements and fighting over the land, but then they’re Christianity. This lady loves me more than all of you because she went and got this special anointing oil to put on me before I die cause he knew that they were gonna murder him. He knew that Jude or Peter were gonna betray him so that’s why he got all that gold built that big cathedral but the price he ended up paying was his own head being decapitated. I think they call that chasing fool’s gold. So basically, he betrayed Jesus that’s what I’m trying to say is that Peter , mostly because St Peter he didn’t like Mary Magdalene ( you can see him karate chopping her neck in the last supper painting ) by Leonardo Davin i and so he was someone who became extremely wealthy with his own church but then most of the people that really loved Jesus they went into hiding his disciples like Thomas and Magdalene. There aren’t even mentioned in the gospel of the Bible. They don’t even have a book in the king James version yet they have their own gospel that was written, however it didn’t make it to printing press because the council of now you see a block hated that from happening by making all of the men of that council agreed that they wouldn’t let people know the truth, that Jesus Christ was married to Mary Magdalen which is probably why Saint Denis was decapitated & has his own St Denis  Cathedral in France I’ll have to write more later. I have to go crap  like a horse in my toilet bowl….. & have a proper shower so I don’t smell like a Horses’ butt !

The truth is that the system most of us were taught to use is flawed.

Most creatives don’t fail because they aren’t talented – they fail because they try to build a creative life on bursts of motivation instead of sustainable rhythms.

So this month, I’ve been talking a lot about shifting our mindset from setting resolutions to establishing healthy rhythms.

A real rhythm is repeatable, realistic, and sustainable even on a hard week.

If your rhythm only works on your best week, it’s not a rhythm – it’s a fantasy.

So what rhythms am I talking about? 

Peaceful ones my friend …. Peaceful ones …
