I was traveling with my aunt in the car and I said to her one time I said she’s thinking about going and buying one of those for her daughter as a present to decorate for Christmas because she’s a nice person and she likes to decorate and she wanted to give something festive for her daughter both of them and then I said why don’t you save that money? I said it’s gonna cost $20 for that plant and I said why don’t you not buy that I tried to encourage her not to buy it, but she didn’t listen to my reason when I told her that the thing is probably toxic and then I researched it and lo and behold. The damn thing is poisonous , so the reason my face was getting all red in that church building when I went to go sing the songs on the stage with all of the children at church and I was having an allergic reaction to poinsettias was because they are in fact poisonous ! I love the flowers. They always cheer me up and the grocery store, but I cannot tolerate certain plants that I’m allergic to, but those because there was probably like I think our church had a fundraiser so they were actually making an effort to ask the people in our church congregations to donate a poinsettia to a family. Why would I want to bring a toxic plant in my house that has nothing to do with Jesus Has everything to do with the man Jesus so in fact when we go to church and we’re supposed to be worshiping God, we’re actually letting Satan into the church every time we let somebody plant this tree outside commemorating the b*****d that murdered Jesus so if you had that tree growing outside your church, why don’t you uproot the thing this summer? There should be a nationwide effort to read the earth of those freaking evil b******s because I think that there are people with evil works and I am not paranoid. It’s called dark black magic. It’s called witchcraft and it started happening like Before Christ was even born and they persecuted him and murdered him when he was trying to help people and now I’m being told I can’t enforce the rules of the property management or dig up any plantings in my village so they’re trying to trap me in a situation where I have no power and I am absolutely powerless to removing a tree that’s toxic for my health and my reproductive system and my respiratory system and when I go to church, I am not gonna be bringing a poinsettia there. I’m gonna be bringing You a Bible and a guitar or bringing you know like a couple of Apple pies or Keylime pies or something or a big huge thing for people to enjoy some sweet Hawaiian bread or something during a church service function if there’s refreshments afterwards, I’m not gonna be encouraging people to be bringing things into the church building that are symbolic of the blood of Christ that are actually toxic to animals and people too so, do we need to buy poinsettias? Are we wasting our time? What about all these poinsettia farms in the United States of America? Should they exist? Can those people get a grant from the government that is supposed to be founded on a Christian nation to have a stipend until they can change their business to growing tulips instead, why don’t they start growing something else like maybe they shouldn’t have a poinsettia farm maybe they should have they should be growing something else that safer for people to breathe and animals as well so instead of those why don’t they have a nontoxic plant that they bring into the church building I mean, why don’t they just bring white and red carnations that would be a better way to those those smell good and they are the color red and bring a red and a white carnation white is for the purity that you have when Jesus died you know and they murdered him, but we shouldn’t be thinking about his blood. That was said we should be thinking about the love that he had in his heart that he was trying to do good things to encourage people not to disobey God and not to follow Satan so people need to quit letting things into their lives without even realizing like my innocent aunt has no idea that is Lucifer pagan tradition actually, I would never buy one of those things I’ve never even liked them. I always hated them. I hate poinsettias. I dislike them and so I think people should know why not bring some red or white carnations into the church building and then the church will smell better and nobody’s gonna be sick from a tree that can actually poison the puppies because people set those things we used to put them on the ground in our house near our fireplace when we would open up our Presents, and so if the dog sticks his face and decides to chew could get sick from it so it’s not practical!

What the hell were yew / they thinking? My God ! My grandparents … my own mother & father . God , Forgive me Mother Mary Bless us all . Imagine your mom or dad or gma or gpa or someone you loved with a disability moved to small housing and were at the mercy of others to be free to live in ‘ safe housing ‘ well . That is until you step out onto your front porch where 3 ft from your poor disabled Nan’s or Grandad front door is one of the most toxic plants in the plant kingdom not just growing at a massive size of 10ft long 2.7 ft tall and 4ft wide ? Really and not just that … she has to breathe in the toxic fumes of the taxus bacccata tree…

Let’s get some perspective here ! Is it too irrational of a phobia or unacceptable behavior to consider that the toxic tree outside your front porch is so poisonous and deadly that only 50 grams of it one pill could kill your entire house hold ? If ingested even just 1kg a large moose could die within 5 minutes to one hour of ingesting it ? Sad . Toxic . Then consider Gma wants to sit on her front porch for an hour or two read a book on the porch , make a painting , read the Bible , have some friendly conversations with her friends or family outside ? Not sure that’s such a good idea …. Not near the Baccata … unacceptable is this damn poison tree…… the man who murdered Jesus ( Yeshua ) Pontius Pilate once was born underneath of ? the green monstrosity grows up to 35 feet tall has the power to kill small little puppies adults, children, elderly and disabled so imagine this thing is growing outside your front porch but it’s not just growing. It’s flourishing and they haven’t trimmed it in two years and then you go to hang onto your white balance railing and you’re wearing a pair of shorts and the tree is growing through the railing and if you can manage to have the balance and the stability to stand there for a few minutes while holding onto the railing if you have issues with your equilibrium, good luck not, having contact physically with the thing it’s growing wild because your managers either deliberately forgot to trim the thing but then trimmed all of the other peoples bushes in your community 2 years in a row . Or imagine if your grandmother or grandfather were trying to enjoy nature and were sitting out on their front porch and then a snake that’s hiding underneath the damn thing climbs upon the front porch, but they couldn’t see it because it’s obscured and where there is a small baby snake there is an even larger Mommy snake and or an even larger Daddy snake. So you call up Samuel L Jackson and when you do, you invite him over with a magnum so that you can shoot the damn snake. Then you you go to the library and you print out a report about the 67 Caribou that died from eating it and then three years later after giving it to the property management and telling them that you wanted a puppy to be able to go

I just don’t wanna be poisoned by a tree and if my grandparents lived here, I wouldn’t want them with their pacemakers on their front porch for more than five minutes at a time and it would be difficult to even enjoy sitting on the front porch so I think they need to dig those trees up so we can put some flowers out there and some kind of a bench to sit on because there is just no way that people can enjoy life when they’re close to something that’s actually making their throat gland swell up and difficult to swallow, sneezing runny eyes watery eyes with dizziness and nausea just a few that can actually kill pets and animals and children and that there was an England girl in 2016 who died from eating that tree little kids on Christmas morning accidentally ate the berries off of a wreath and they ended up dying ended up dying and they couldn’t help them and so like there are numerous medical reports about people that have committed suicide from swallowing the scene from it from it’s it’s just one of the most poisonous plants in the plant kingdom and I don’t want it on my front porch!

So I am publicly asking for awareness to bring to the attention of the owners of this village since I am not equipped to improve the landscaping nor do I have the financial income to hire a tree removal independently of their Company Preservation Management.

Normally, they are really good housing company that helps people with section 8 and subsidized housing and I don’t really have many reasons to complain because I’m thankful just to have a roof over my head, but unfortunately, I’ve been suffering inside of my housing because my air conditioning unit is in close proximity to toxic Taxus Baccata tree there are 4 or 5 of them in our village . I’m sorry to have to complain about anything. Some people are content to just take over the prescription allergy medication. I don’t want to do that. I don’t wanna have to take a bunch of medication‘s. I already have to take others so I don’t want to take anymore and that’s not even going to be the solution to the problem. That’s just to buffer it. Why take medication for something you wouldn’t even need to take medication for if that thing wasn’t even there so I wouldn’t be suffering from seasonal allergies, if that tree wasn’t there, so I think it should be removed because it also is harmful to animals and I would like to have them improve the landscaping.

I need to bring to the awareness of the public to this issue because I feel like it needs to be justified. My mother said two wrongs do not make a right and so she understands that you know it’s not right for me to go try to do some thing that’s gonna be harmful to someone else because I mean to innocent people the only justification for harming someone is if they’re trying to harm you, your children or your animals and at this point like I feel like the tree is harmful to me and then for them to overlook that and then to neglect it being trimmed has made it grow almost 2 feet taller than it was last year, and I do worry about my neighbors that have pets. I want them to enjoy life. I want them to be able to have their children and grandchildren visit without a toxic tree in their close environs.

I do not tolerate people doing things that are harmful or illegal to people I do not participate in drug activity or sexually promiscuous behavior, especially not towards little children and in today’s world we need to safeguard ourselves from child predators and people that disregard the 10 commandments or people who do not have good morals.

We need to instruct children how to have good morals and instill in them proper sense of right and wrong .

For example violence is not good so people should not harm themselves or others , like that’s only if there’s no other option like someone continuously harms you or your children and tries to rape you and if they aren’t going to stop stop doing something like that then they should be reprimanded , go to jail and be reformed and or if someone’s trying to physiologically harm you, then you need to defend yourself physiologically And last resort would be killing them if there was no other option if they continue to persist in harming you and we’re not sent to jail and continue to harm you there are exceptions. Sometimes you have to unfortunately defend yourself from people who try to harm you and I don’t like violence of any kind so I’m not even doing anything wrong here and there is a tree that is harmful to my health so it’s like an invisible deadly silent but deadly thing, the tree is a cardiotoxic and can actually stop peoples heart, it shouldn’t be growing or flourishing within 3 feet of my front door. It is a poisonous plant. There’s no other way to describe it so there isn’t any justification at all for it being there and if people think that it should be there for a static reasons to make the village look like a nice place they can remove them and put a bench there in some flowerpots and it would be a lot nicer and then snakes wouldn’t hide it underneath of them. They are also predators too so there are different kinds of predators in the world that are human beings and then there are different kinds of predators in the plant kingdom, I have one of the most dangerous plants in the plant kingdom only 3 feet away from my front door and my neighbor has one too and so do the other people in my village and it’s poor landscaping choices, and it would be a tragedy to lose my good immunity and health over having to suffer from seasonal allergies and risk getting cardiac arrest because of some cardio toxic plant that shouldn’t even be on my front porch area it’s growing through my railing. I can’t even hold onto it without the stuff coming into into physical contact with my clothing or my skin. to add insult to injury. I don’t know who did the landscaping at our village, but they probably should call themselves like Transylvania landscaping and then like their manager is probably Dracula so they probably know have gargoyles on their business card so one 1 800 Dracula. I think that they should improve the landscaping at our village. I don’t want to harass the property managers. I guess what I just realized is if I ask you guys to write physical letters to their mailing address which is perfectly reasonable to ask because these people don’t seem to know what they are doing sometimes they seem to forget that they’re supposed to take care of the land where we live and the residents who have disabilities and I think to be honest Preservation Management, although this village is actually a very nice place to live, it really does need to improve the landscaping. There is a thorn tree growing through my neighbors railing that a little white Chihuahua puppy cut its face on when it came out onto its front porch. It couldn’t even walk off of its front porch without getting thorns inside of its face and so that’s because they planted a tree that grows hundreds of sharp pointy thorns on it and two of them not just one you think one would be enough or bad enough, but then they put two of them identical to each other right next to senior citizen, railing where people need to hold onto their portraying what the hell is wrong with people , was that original landscape artist smoking crack? Omg let’s hope not !

Seriously , folks ?! I need to do something about this, but I’m not even allowed to dig up any plants on the property myself because I have in my lease agreement that I am not allowed to dig up or remove any plantings on the property and that I am also not allowed to enforce the rules of the property management so if I see someone smoking outside in our parking lot, but they’re not supposed to be doing that I can’t go up to them and say hey sir, you’re not supposed to be smoking here because this is a non-smoking area of our village and there are people that live here that need oxygen and there are children and great grandchildren that shouldn’t be breathing in your secondhand smoke that makes our village smell like a skunk. do you think you could take that stuff like somewhere out of our village, so that we could some fresh air? I have agreed not to try to tell people that they are supposed to follow the rules. What kind of messed up isn’t it ? How is it that when they try to get someone that rents from them to agree not to enforce the rules of the property management so that basically means that I have to turn a blind eye if somebody is doing something wrong ?!

Well, not if it pertains to me , so if somebody comes step foot on my front porch and they think that they’re gonna light up some cannabis when the rules are not supposed to be smoking any closer than 50 feet to our building. I’m not going to allow smoking. I’m allergic to smoke I don’t wanna breathe in their smoke and I will ask Whomever politely not to smoke in our village and if they do not follow the rules I will be reporting that to the property managers so that they can try to enforce the rules if I’m not allowed to. I personally think it’s retarded to tell someone that they’re not allowed to enforce the rules of the property manager. Everybody should agree to follow the rules like taking an oath that you won’t break a certain code of contact and if you see other people doing it what are you supposed to do? Ignore it and say oh well that’s OK. They’re allowed to break the rules that’s like enabling somebody to do something that’s not right, and then not giving a resident permission to right by enforcing the rule I guess the definition of enforcing would be would be verbally speaking to the individual breaking the rules and say you’re not supposed to do something so they’re basically trying to put a muzzle on a resident so that they can’t tell someone that they’re not allowed to do something that they’re not allowed to do, but then other people in the property are allowed to make complaints or someone’s breaking the rules, but I’m not allowed to mention and forcing rules unless it pertains to me, I was told unless it pertains or deliberately is affecting me and my wealth well-being so somebody does some thing against the rules and it’s horrible to me. I will and deserve the right to let the property managers know if someone is doing something wrong to me breaking the rules the right to enforce those rules and I don’t know what their definition of enforce is :

Alexa, what is the definition of the word enforce ? To something or other obedience so they’re basically telling me that I’m not supposed to try to encourage people to obediently follow the rules of the property managers leases? Kind of seems counterproductive to following the rules? Seems like they’re trying to make me look like that the difference between right and then I don’t have the proper judgment on when somebody does something that’s wrong so therefore they discriminating against my disabilities and someways. I feel that that’s not fair to tell someone who is a perfectly reasonable human being with a disability that they are not allowed to enforce the rules because they simply asked The property management was doing something to them, I wrote an email and I asked the property managers if they could have a designated no smoking place I wrote them four or five emails and they tried to evict me because of an argument that had a neighbor that they were not supposed to be smoking in our village because this man was following me and he knew that I was allergic to smoking. I asked him to stay 10 feet away from me, but he kept walking toward me and anytime I went to leave the village he was standing on the perimeters of the exit entrance of the road that I live on when I walked past him, he would always be smoking something that I’m allergic to when I told him to please stay away from me because I politely asked him for months and months to not smoke closer than 30 ft to me and to my come closer them 10 ft to me o, and then a year went past, and he continued smoking and breaking the rules so I tried to ask the property managers to help well they thought that I was trying to harass them, which I wasn’t. Actually contacting them anymore could get back to me on the issue to let me know if they were going to have some kind of designated area. I apologize sincerely apologize for saying that to him, but I wasn’t violent with him and then I got into an argument with one of my neighbors and we’re normally peaceful and getting along, but the cannabis being smoked was the issue that somebody else was doing because I don’t do drugs, some people that smoke that substance that was harmful to my respiratory system, was not not helpful to my respiratory system so they tried to evict me and then in order to renew my lease with them, they told me that I have to agree not to enforce the rules to the property management, but I can agree to making a special meeting to talk with them about whatever the issue might be I can still kind of speak to the management about it. I still have some rights, but I don’t understand why they need to include that in my contract to sign with them. Why they would make anyone be restricted not to enforce the rules of the property, I’ve always follow the rules of the lease management. I had small altercation with the neighbor with her husband because he wouldn’t stop smoking and activity to me and I asked him not to and I tolerated it for one year and then I finally just got verbally upset, and the managers considered argument and they’re telling me I’m not allowed to enforce the rules. I don’t think that’s fair. I sign the contract because I need a place to live and I should have proper housing and I shouldn’t have to breathe in someone’s secondhand smoke in a smoke-free village with asthma where people are not supposed to be smoking so to make life better I was trying to ask for help because I was careful because I was thinking what about children and grandchildren great grandchildren that come to our village, I don’t want any of the people visiting neighbors smoking not even in our parking lot because people who smoke it their judgment, so if you don’t know this, you probably shouldn’t be smoking marijuana and then getting behind the wheel similar to drinking and driving I think they should pass a law no smoking & driving, because they personally don’t think that people should be smoking marijuana over toxic level amounts of it, and then getting behind a car wheel and driving because then they had impaired driving judgment, which can put innocent peoples lives in danger. ⚠️

Any house so I had a really heck of a past six months going through an eviction notice that was rescinded . With the help of a nice proper disability rights lawyer and now I have another battle that I have to deal with and it’s just this one thing at a time I’m trying to get the tree that’s toxic removed from my front yard. It’s not unreasonable to ask that something that they haven’t trimmed for two years they are supposed to be managing the landscaping and they told me I’m not allowed to cut anything down or remove any plants, but they aren’t taking care of the property The way that they should. I’m perfect capable of trimming those hedges myself and I would’ve done that I would like to have the tree completely uprooted so that there aren’t any toxic allergens from it anymore and I think that would be the best option for everyone in my village to be honest if somebody asked me do I like where I live I would say yes I love the town of Freeport but personally they need to improve the landscaping in my village. I wouldn’t want my parents or grandparents or children living here until they remove them trees or unless they want to suffer some unnecessary heath complications. The thing it’s so sad. Is it something that could be easily managed it’s just a removal of a tree from a property. We used to have trees that I was allergic to in front of my porch in the house that I used to live in before I moved in a subsidize housing, and those bushes are no longer in front of my other home and it’s a lot safer now snakes can’t hide underneath of them less anxiety. It’s a good thing to remove them.

Sayonara , buddy ! and I won’t be extending a hand to help them back up after they fall on their arse or basically I’m not gonna turn a cockroach over onto its stomach when it’s belly up, enabling it to plunder and multiply so that it can cause more harm than good. Yeah, I don’t think so. There’s not any good logic and actually helping a freaking cockroachthankfully since I’ve been a resident at my village, I haven’t seen one of those because I keep my apartment clean, and I don’t have to worry about that, but I did when I lived in the white ghettos of the city .

Seriously , the tree is unacceptable not my requesting or asking that the poisonous mass of carbon dioxide poison fumes of a Baccata devil tree be removed from my front porch that is causing me to have wicked bad seasonal allergies and throat swelling with difficulty swallowing sometimes that lessens with an anti histamine ! I am so allergic to that tree that and honestly I’m not the type of person that likes to complain. I’m the type of person that likes to do something productive be happy and spread positive encouragement to do good to make the world a better place I’m trying to do my best in this world while being persecuted by devil worshiping Satan worshipers, bad enough I can’t even go outside and smell the flowers. They gotta go outside and suffer from having allergies to a Taxus Baccata Tree !

It’s just too convenient for people to not do the work to have it removed and just simply blame my bipolar depression that is what is unacceptable to me and tell me that I should have my self a consultation with my doctor to adjust my psychiatric medication when that’s total BS to even suggest that I’m having an irrational phobia or some kind of unacceptable behavior by demanding that the tree be removed !B/c if I had children that lived here thankfully do not and if I wanted to put them on my front porch in a stroller or playpen and or my friends children it would not be safe at all for them to play outside with their dog on my front porch because of the toxic chemical taxine in they’re tree that is dangerous for them . I have a small front yard. I am not going to let them come into contact with that tree every day that is not unacceptable for me to ask for that thing to be removed that is reasonable , and is logically sound as opposed to the opposite of accepting it would be insanity to breathe in the toxic of that thing and think that it’s OK to have a swollen throat and risk your puppy dying every single time you bring them outside! The tree is a known cardio toxin that numerous people have died from ingesting and inhaling the poisonous fumes can be deadly to your heart .

They did research that tcaribou that ate this shrub died within an hour only ingesting 1kG only 50 kg of the yew tree has the power to kill a large cow, moose elk and Caribou . What do you think it’s gonna do to a human being ?Should not be near our porches .

I’m not having an unreasonable demand or an irrational phobia. and I’m not paranoid. I’m actually having a healthy amount of fear & concern about the thing because it has made my throat swell up ao I’m not a happy camper next to it.

My ‘ behavior ‘ is not “unacceptable “ for requesting the poisonous taxine tree be removed . It is justifiable , If requesting that tree be removed would improve my quality of life and poison the air less ! What would be “unacceptable “ is for me to tolerate and accept defeat to be poisoned slowly by it to live with that thing with that monstrous poisonous tree growing through my railing outside my front door! That is what is unacceptable ! The tree growing outside of my front door is so poisonous and toxic that my glands in my throat have been swollen every other day I have an itchiness in my upper respiratory system due to the seasonal allergies from it being heated up by the summer sunshine and it’s just all too convenient for people just ignore the fact that that’s happening. What’s a little bit of poison every day you know it’s not like we don’t get enough poison from our car exhaust rumor sitting in traffic unfortunately while we destroy our planet earth with carbon monoxide poisoning from gasoline that we put in our cars and our lawnmowers and everything else that we have to use diesel fuel with and gasoline it’s just sad what’s happening on the earth right now but it’s just a little bit too easy to overlook this and to conveniently blame it on my bipolar depression. Oh, it’s just, her being an unreasonable girl with it irrational phobia not my bipolar depression. It’s not that my psychiatric medications need to be adjusted. My medication’s are good’ they are excellent perfect the way they are !

What is not good is the evil Devil Tree I feel kind of like delirious from it sometimes actually that tree the poisonous from it have been known to cause hallucinations and people pass out from it. Imagine trying to study for a test or an exam and you had nothing but that toxic poisonous air to breathe, and you had to sit next to it within window next to it every day one day it would be bad enough if you had to do that for one or two hours and you’re all allergic to it but try 365 days a year and then try 100 or 130 days a year when it’s really hot outside, I mean if one day being poisoned by it isn’t bad enough? My meds are fine .

What is “unacceptable “ is that evil tree that’s growing outside my housethat people are not educated enough about that is a deadly poisonous killer in the plant kingdom. Is it unreasonable for me to ask to mention that I am scared of becoming sicker and sicker from it because I have already been feeling the effects from it with within the past summer and gradually year after year it’s just getting worse because my immune system can’t handle it it , it’s just it’s It’s invading my immune system because I can’t evade it sadly it is always there prominently front and center near my porch railing

To every conversation that I have with someone who comes to visit me before they leave, I get to come into contact with that tree and after and then I’m left with it and it’s just the most awful massive toxic poison and I just don’t want it there? It’s unnecessary. It’s not helpful to humans. It’s harmful to humans and animals so I am trying to get people to reason with me. I don’t understand their reasoning. It’s not mental health problem. It’s a physiological that has a substance. It’s a toxic chemical that is poisoning the air in our community so it really is carbon dioxide that we have to breathe in and breathe out every day. Do we have to listen to the band and be reminded of that song and then just think is the air that I’m breathing good for my health or am I actually getting a swollen throat because I’m allergic to something that shouldn’t be within 2 to 3 feet of my front door? Honestly !

But if I were to die, you know slowly or if my heart suddenly stops that would be sad I would go up to you know up to heaven to explain to the guy upstairs : “God , look I’m sorry I couldn’t You know stay on earth to try to help innocent children and protect them from Satan / worshipers anymore , because I had to come back to heaven because the freaking devil tree caused me to have cardiac arrest prematurely outside….from taxine poisoning . Help me Lord.”If only they would remove this horrible tree .

I would like to wake up and smell the flowers, but there are none where that tree is, and I think that the lesser of all evils here would be to have that tree removed from the land thrown away & vanquished from our village. I’m not the one that should be being excommunicated from this village that tree is!

It hurts my feelings when they blame my bipolar depression when that is not the issue today I’m actually productive and other areas of my life are trying to be working on my children’s book illustrations in between songwriting & conversations with my counseling psychologist and my family & friends and socialization with my family and trying to have peaceful communications with my neighbors. I want to be able to go to town to go shopping sometimes and enjoy life and try to enjoy going to the beach sometimes which I was thankful I got away from the tree for a weekend and I started feeling better when I could breathe without my glands being swollen and upper inflammation in my respiratory system, but I really am so concerned at the moment that I’m not allowed to remove that tree myself and if I had been given permission, it would’ve been gone yesterday but I told the property management about the toxic properties of that tree over two years ago so it’s time to get like that Britney Spears song ‘Toxic’ & do something about it!

On my porch within reach of me and lil children, and puppies is a toxic tree that is poisonous enough to kill them unnaturally so …

I need fresh air to breathe, so is it not impossible to move that tree?

There is a Bible verse. I think Jesus said, or someone said : “I can do all things with Christ who strengthens me. “ I wish I could get permission to bring this tree away from our village and to the dump so that I don’t have to suffer any longer and then maybe it won’t be so impossible to breathe fresh air, feel happier in life. I’m just asking for something very simple to happen and how am I supposed to get any better when it’s impossible to get that tree removed because of the judgments of other people standing in my way , judging my bipolar depression instead of judging that damn toxic trees in my front yard when it’s harmful to my respiratory health?

So , and the defense of my innocent respiratory system that is being murdered.

So please if you have read these articles and if you still think that that tree should be within 3 feet of my front door every day, 365 days a year then you’re the one that needs to be taking and adjustment in your psychiatric medication’s and check yourself into a hospital to get or go back to college to get proper reasoning take a debate class and learn how to reason properly or philosophy class or a medical class or a scientific class it studies the toxic effects of that tree on human beings within respiratory reach others and you tell me that that thing wouldn’t poison, your puppies and your children and your grandparents or your brother sister mother father or innocent or people come into this village what’s really crazy is that when I’m dead and that tree is gonna be poisoning puppies an innocent deer, and things like that that shouldn’t be hurt by those toxic substances!

It’s like that Beyoncé song I’m a survivor. I really want to survive and I’m struggling to do that and I shouldn’t have to be in survival mode battling with my respiratory system. I’m having to actually work harder to thrive than just naturally it’s that thing it’s creating some effect in my health and I think that it should be removed and I’m trying to do that with the help, but I have to rely on the health of people that need to remove their judgments and taking a consideration how toxic that thing really truly is come stand to it for 24 hours and tell me that they don’t get a headache and a swollen throat , I think I’m gonna go get a sign made within the next couple of days it says do not touch this toxic tree. Keep your babies strollers away from it and don’t bring your puppies near the toxic Taxus Baccata / Cuspidata Yew trees , then put like a little wooden box up on a 2 x 4 and I’m gonna have a free complimentary pack of Benadryl for anybody and a bottle of water like a complementary one for anyone with allergies, this is a very toxic tree and if you have to come to my house and wanna have a conversation with me, you should take one of these before you enter my building and make sure that you won’t have a histamine response to my air-conditioning unit pulling in the poisoned recycled air that should not be poisoned poisonous carbon dioxide from the cardio toxin the yew Taxus Baccata emits !

I tried smoking ganja in my 20s ( not a good idea ) will never again , please go to SAMHA.gov which is something you can learn about the dangers of smoking marijuana it’s serious . I’m allergic to and it made me paranoid almost when I tried smoking in my 20’s . I did not like that feeling . So I am completely sober . Have not smoked since Dec 31st ,2008 . I have only tried a few times in my life , I am allergic to smoke .

I do have a healthy amount of fear of the Taxus Baccata tree because it has taxine in the air molecules from it , enough so that I would keep my children puppies & grandparents away from it so let’s do the right thing here folks is it appropriate to keep that tree there to come into contact with it every day 365 days a year and allow it to be right next to our sidewalk where puppies while gone if even the tiniest little bit of those foliage things fall on the sidewalk which they do and when the soccer bowl of a dog being kicked, you know by its owner goes and rolls over that thing on a rainy day and get some of those leaves they aren’t technically leaves, but some of the foliage from it onto a soccer ball inside of the mouth of an animal playing with a ball for example could cause brain hemorrhaging , a swollen throat and in some cases cause dogs to have vomiting , they would have to go to the veterinarian hospital if they swallowed yew shrubs. I’ve seen it happen before and it can happen again so it’s not just in front of my tree, but it’s in front of the other trees that are not in front of just my housing, but also my other neighbors that have pets and I think it would be in the best interest of everyone in our village to have those trees uprooted in the near future as soon as possible. It is now the month of August and they could’ve been removed in the month of May or June 2024 they should’ve been removed in June before the summer began in July and August and we suffered through August & September and will suffer until they remove those trees fir good. So should I just say wake me up till September ends while I’m listening to Green Day. I should just ask my Alexa to play that song because, the only thing it’s bringing me happiness enjoy is listening to music while I have going into cardiac arrest. I have asthma and I don’t want speeding up and slowing down and then suddenly stopping because of the poisonous air that that thing emits ! believe it or not even though I have bipolar depression. I’m very smart, and if I had a scientific instrument that could test the air quality of the taxine present and the air molecules when it is heated by the sunshine, it would probably be a toxic overdose would probably be way over the levels of what would be considered safe breathing for human beings to have that thing in close proximity to their front door that monstrous freaking green toxic tree has got to go . So my Christian brother Justin I would would ask if he approves of this tree being 3ft outside of his pregnant wife’s home or apartment or would you approve who is reading this to have to tree near your mother or your sister’s home if you had a sister or your daughter’s home a toxic tree near them ? Let’s get real , let’s be honest ! Perspective here. Probably not . It’s not an innocent flower bed . The tree can actually grow 35 feet tall if it was not ever trimmed ever again it would grow taller than my roof and become even more poisonous and toxic, and it shouldn’t be outside my front door, not to mention that the man that murdered, Jesus in legends & folklore was said Pontius Pilate was said to have been born beneath one of these trees and or played beneath them as a child ! The Taxus Baccata. is venerated as being known as a toxic deadly tree that has a nickname the ‘ devil tree’ in medieval Europe , because it’s supposed to ‘drive away devils ‘ so that they won’t come to your house because even the devil knows that that tree is very toxic so if the devil doesn’t want to be near a tree like that, why would I want to be near it or have my own heart and health and respiratory system being poisoned by it and then my friends and my family or my children future children or my friends and there children and my neighbors and their children or the animals that come to our village they swallow that stuff & they don’t have a fighting chance. They are tiny compared to big animals that die from eating those things that come from the tree so I think it should be removed in the near future and that is not in unreasonable demand or an irrational phobia or being paranoid that’s me being pragmatic and practical and realistic and preventative like I want to live. I don’t want something that people can commit suicide with and have done for centuries growing outside my front door. People don’t even know that it is poisonous. I’ve seen people touching it. I’ve seen people ripping off little branches of it including children. I myself before I found out it was toxic used to grab it and rip it and pieces of it off curiously wondering what it was . I’ve seen children do that they come to village to visit their grandparents. God forbid a child being a baby stroller fall asleep on their front porch and not wake up because they have cardiac arrest from swallowing yew I don’t know who’s going to move into my apartment when I leave to move into my own house somewhere else. If I move away from this village, I would still be proactive about wanting those things to be removed even if I didn’t live here, I would just complain to the Town Hall about it and tell them they should do something for the residence that have disabilities and people that are senior citizens I would go to the local town hall to mention some thing to someone to contact the people that own this property to improve the landscaping as soon as possible, and not even to procrastinator hesitate at all to remove those trees, and it would only be less than one day it would take to have them removed. I don’t understand what the trepidation is, but if people are having reservations and making an excuse and they’re not gonna have them trimmed because they think that i’m some unreasonable demand or some kind of irrational phobia, that is my bipolar depression again blaming me for something that is not the problem. This is a matter of physics and I am a logical reasoning, human being even though I have bipolar depression. I have written books by psychiatrist and psychologists that themselves have bipolar, depression, and are still smart people, have two disabilities or three I have bipolar depression, PTSD and asthma and so I am struggling this summer and I want to be happy and thriving other people are out on islands enjoying life which they should be. I’m worried about how I’m gonna breathe every day and I’m gonna get my throat swelling to go down and I don’t think any amount of over-the-counter prescription medication is going to improve my heart health or my respiratory health because the actual physical placement of where that object is located is so aw, I can’t even even if I want to. I don’t even have a back door to go out of. They should just put a new door and the back of my building so I don’t have to come into contact with it and I’ll start walking out the back door I should just ask my uncle who does construction work to build a new door for me to walk out of the back of the house where the plant is not ò. They’re thing I don’t want to come into contact with it every day. that would require zoning and cosmetic renovations and that’s not going to happen so I’m just trying to be practical and explaining that I think that I should be able to breathe air that’s not poisoned and I want my friends and family to be able to come visit me without having to say oh be careful if don’t you know .. are toxic , so please do not leave your child there in a stroller near them , and don’t let your puppy or pets be near the tree it’s actually a cause of anxiety for me and it’s harmful to my disability because it gives me anxiety,as it also increases my my health complications so therefore the things should be removed no matter what kind of judgment or mental block other people however this is not the fault of some kind of bipolar disorder that doesn’t have bipolar disorder. It’s not helping my bipolar depression. If anything it’s worsening it, especially because that fumes when you have hallucinations, I don’t like it and I think it should be gone and I should put a bench outside and some flowers so if anybody feels really charitable today and wants to mail me a check for $1000 that would be really appreciated and I can give that to the property managers to hire a landscaper in our town to remove those trees because I don’t think I want to suffer another day longer. It’s a hindrance to my disability and I live in a community that supposed to cater to and or help accommodate people that have disabilities and how is it at my front porch railing having a poisonous toxic tree growing through it that they haven’t trimmed for two years and my neighbor who has a thorn tree growing through her railing if she should get another tiny puppy might cut its face on that could easily be dug up and removed, but hasn’t for 20 years they’ve let those plants be there and I moved in seven years ago and they are only going to grow more toxic every day and even during the winter is when they are the most poisonous believe it or not, but they don’t bother me as much when they are covered with a foot of snow because they are not being heated up by the sunshine making the air molecules expand and I don’t have an air-conditioning unit in my window recycling the air that is poisonous six or 7 ft away from it! so my friends that are reading this if you have a tree that is like this growing outside your house, safeguard your children from it and your pets and animals do not let them come into contact with it. Do not let them swallow it do not let them touch it and make sure they do not eat the berries on it. If you have the variation that grows berries, cause God forbid one of your children die on Jesus‘s birthday on Christmas morning, when a wreath is made out of it and somebody has it at face level hanging on their front door what is wrong with people and the 21st century putting a devil tree that is a symbol for the man that murdered Jesus on their front door in a wreath ,are we crazy ? Hopefully people will not follow pagan traditions that are actually deceptive people trying to get us to plant yea in front of our housing that could kill our own Christian families & other innocent people with our celebrations without even realizing every single time that we put taxus baccata tree on our front porch that when somebody comes to your house to bring you a Christmas present that they’re gonna have to look at some poisonous berries that is not a good tree . I think good or bad I don’t want it in my dog mouths or my friends children to touch the yew tree so maybe people should not be putting those up anymore.Instead like paint some thing for Jesus to put on your front door instead of a yew wreath . People could spend time making like something else not poisonous as a decoration , you can go to the art store and find a fun project to make like a different colored cross to represent Jesus’ Resurrection’ on his birthday like if you wanna celebrate Christmas time, you can make decorations like a Frosty the Snowman or something like an Olaf to put on your front door or a nice pretty bell or something in painted or a gold star , then just don’t put the toxic green taxine yew wreath stuff on your front door because if you’re not careful, you know it could poison your family and friends . The people who might have allergic reactions or sensitive respiratory systems whenever I’m just gonna be honest, whenever I used to sit next to the poinsettias, I would get sick and church. My face got really red. I was sitting in the front row of my church because I was in a Christmas play and we had to sing with all the children in my church and there were all these poinsettias and they were like blood red color and I was scared of them. I didn’t even wanna walk into the room where all those Poinsettas were and I was like what are these things ? Well then I find out that if a dog eats them, they can die same thing , go figure folks?! why are people making a bunch of money off of selling toxic plants that represent the blood of Christ the red color represents the blood of Christ but do we need to really bring those plants into our church building to represent Christ? Why don’t we just have Christ inside of our hearts that’s where Jesus should be is not inside of some toxic plant that you bring into the church building if you put that thing in your house and you set it on your floor your dog goes & a couple leaves of it…

just my humble opinion until these people can change their business model in their products for plants for Christmas from Poinsettia Farm to Carnation Flower Farm. They might be able to have like a grant from the government that says if you stop growing poinsettias for Christmas time and start growing carnations, those are what we should be bringing into church , carnations , not a poisonous Poinsetta ! just a humble suggestion. But no one ‘s asking me because I am just the dumb blonde bipolar girl, right? ….,……Wrong Answer. I’m gonna go take 5 mL of liquid Benadryl now. Hello ! Could you please help a resident of Such & such apts , who has to live in close proximity to a Taxus Bacaata tree ,she’s allergic to Yew it has taxine in it , that is only 3 ft away from her front porch as she has been having allergies and increased anxiety due to the snakes hiding beneath the shrubs / The yew shrubs in front of several apartments. It is one of the most deadly plants in the plant kingdom and it has been known for deer, moose, elk, caribou who have swallowed it have died in mass numbers .

The yew tree is not safe for children, adults, elderly, and the suicidal. It was a poor choice in landscaping by the landscapers of the village and this resident bring it to my attention because she no longer wants to come into contact with the toxic plan that is harmful to her upper respiratory system and cardiological health she cares about the residence and their well-being and safety of their pets animals and children. I cannot have a friend come to visit if they want to park their baby stroller on the front porch or near the sidewalk for even more than five minutes in the sunshine, b/c of the poisonous risk a child, could be endangered near them by reaching their hands out and grabbing The foliage from the tree and a child ingesting. It could be deadly disastrous and even fatal.. people who have swallowed this plant, they cannot bring their heart back with resuscitation. There have been many times that people have ingested yew plant/ shrub gone to the hospital without help because it is so poisonous that they only option they had was to die after swallowing it because the taxine stoped their heart permanently & prematurely.

The resident has been having allergies in her upper respiratory system and inflammation and has been progressing every summer. She printed out a report two years ago, notifying the property management that the tree is toxic to animals only defined her detriment that is actually toxic to her own respiratory health not only is it harmful to the residents of her village, but she would no longer like that to be in her close proximity. She would like the trees removed because it is detrimental to her health, her guests and cannot enjoy sitting on her front porch or even having conversations with her loved ones outside. Imagine going onto your front porch and not being able to sit down in a chair and have a phone conversation for a half an hour to an hour with the left one not being able to go have a drink or a beverage or eat outside on your own patio because you have a toxic tree growing right next to it imagine every time that you wanted to go have a conversation and you had to hold onto the railing of a bar. There is trees that are toxic that are emitting a poisonous fume that is a deadly carbon dioxide that has a cardio toxin taxine present in them. The tree planted in proximity to the health of the residence in danger and their pets. There is no reason to keep it in front of the house even if it’s just for aesthetic appeal that is harmful to the residence and it is abusive to keep it there. there is a resident that is requested and printed out educated reports about 67 and Caribou died and adjusting that plants. Additionally, there are medical journals and numerous medical journals with references to people who has adjusted the plan that were not able to survive.

Could you please kindly consider removing the Taxus Baccata trees from the residents apartment railings, and instead allow there to be grass growing so residejts can put some flower pots outside with a bench to sit on instead to possibly enjoy being in the sunshine with safer air not infused with taxine from the yew shrubs. To enjoy some conversation with people without having to worry about the anxiety that comes from allergens , sneezing and not have to worry about negative side effects from taxine in the carbon dioxide that can cause the swelling of throat as well? Could you please be so kind to do a little bit of research yourself and see why there would be even one good reason to keep that tree there cause I can think of 10 for why it should be removed. You might have the luxury of being able to go onto your front porch with your and have conversations without having any reservation or anxiety because you might not have to worry about an allergy to a tree but there are residents really suffering from allergies and would like to improve their quality of life and it is reasonable to ask for those trees to be removed , so could you please kindly taken into consideration that tree is harmful not only to the residents health, but all of the pets like dogs, puppies ,deer , elk, & caribou and guests of residents and their children and grandchildren . And the residents of the future should not have to suffer from those yew trees there . Elderly people who wantto go outside to try to enjoy nature, should not come into contact with the toxic tree while holding onto their balance railing that the Taxus Baccata tree is growing near and through .Could you kindly improve the landscaping by actually trimming the tree when it is supposed to be done annually because it hasn’t been trimmed in two years! She is just reaching out to the public because the property managers had failed to help her and this regard and she is working on a peaceful resolution to have the trees removed and needs a reasonable accommodation to be granted so that a bench could be put in its place, and that landscaping company could be hired to have the removal of the trees in front of her and her neighbors apartment and any other location in the village where the that tree is growing in front of the housing, where she is renting as a renter and subsidize housing at the mercy of Freeport housing tries to be able to have safe housing and because you’re supposed to be providing a safe place for people with disabilities I don’t see how having a harmful toxic taxes is going to help the residents and they can’t even enjoy sitting outside on their front porch because if they reach out their hand, they’re in 3 foot proximity to tree that is so deadly and toxic. It could kill their labrador puppy within one hour of investing only 50 mg of it One pill is all it takes a 50 mg or 50 g actually or 1 kg of that to be swallowed could cause irreparable toxic health and try getting a daily dose of carbon dioxide when humans are required to breathe oxygen and when the sun is shining on the plant. She noticed that her gland starts swelling up and that the air molecules that are heating up the plant toxic carbon dioxide that is a deadly feed that it can actually cause someone’s heart to stop. It can be causing difficulties in breathing and interfering with residents good health. As a resident when near the tree I have experienced a swollen throat, sneezing and a sore upper respiratory system so if you could please be so kind to take that into consideration imagine you being in that situation yourself or your loved one if you had a pet and you wanted to go outside on your porch, but there’s something that could kill it as toxic as yew is to humans and animals . I think we need to get our priority straight here and think about improving the landscaping so the innocent animals and residents that have disabilities, don’t have to suffer poor landscaping choice of plants because there are trees growing in the village that should be removed in front of apartments 15 and 16 that actually cut the face of a Chihuahua and it was going for a walk with its owner because it was growing through the railing. Do you think you could be so kind to take that into consideration that one of the Chihuahua puppies had cut? It’s face on a thorn tree when there shouldn’t even be a thorn growing through the white railing whoever did the landscaping the resident things should name themselves, Transylvania landscaping company, and that you might as well put gargoyles on the property making it look like Dracula yard you know you might as well give people like wooden steaks when they come to visit their grandparents so that they can stab a freaking vampire in the chest because one might be hiding inside of those taxus Bacaata trees like the snakes that hide underneath them.

So we are kindly asking that you please take into consideration, putting it within your budget to hire a landscaper in the near future so that during the summertime this resident will not have to suffer from seasonal allergies. Additionally, it would be safer along the sidewalks because the bottom of the roots are dead, and if people fall in them, it can be very harmful and hurtful, so it would be in the best interest of the management and the residents , which is a very good and reputable company that has wonderful housing available for hundreds and thousands of people, but unfortunately, the landscaping at our village is not so up to par at the moment and it is definitely not safe for children or pets and it could improve and it should improve so please do not overlook this issue and get off of your freaking high horse or whatever and do something about this please ? Because to not remove them is abusive and harmful to the residents of the Community we reside in . Thank you !

She loves puppies , rainbows , swimming ,sunshine , skateboarding, paddle boarding , & traveling , when she is not busy songwriting or making art music& art she is watching puppies on Disney or Rescuing them from Taxus Baccata Yew Shrubs that are poisonous to them .
